Play Station 2 games Review

The PlayStation 2 games review looks at both old and new PlayStation games. In this review, we will be look at the game Beyond good and Evil.

Beyond good and evil
A game that changes the convention of playing games, comes along once in a while, one of those games are stealth based games. The goal of these games is not fight as many opponents as possible, but to move around them, without them taking notice of you.

In these kinds of games, timing and precision are the name of the game, but in some of them you can fight as a last resort. An example of this kind of games is Beyond Good and Evil, in the game you play Jade, which is a freelance reporter. What makes the game, so different from other kind of games, is that this is a story-based game that does not have much violent action.

Jades main weapon is her camera, and her main attack is taking pictures with it her for her underground newsletter. As she under covers the main plot of the game, she discovers there is some combination of combat, and puzzle solving to discover the secrets of her world.

A great conspiracy lurks in the shadows, and it is her job to uncover it, as you progress through the game you discovers more of the games secrets, and the game pulls you in, to its exploring world of Hyllis.
